RECORDING WILDLIFE

Friday 25th August 2-4pm

Insch Meadows

Would you like to be able to identify more of our local wildlife? This FREE event will help you to identify a variety of wildlife that can be seen on a stroll around Insch Meadows in the village of Insch. It will be led by Aileen Salway of the North East Scotland Biological Records Centre (NESBReC) and Alison Sutherland of Aberdeenshire Council Ranger Service, with some walking along uneven terrain required. Learn how to record the different species that you see and how to submit those records to NESBReC for inclusion in a local wildlife database. This event is suitable for complete beginners and anyone wishing to start recording the wildlife around them. Any children must be accompanied by an adult and no dogs please.
